Mission Impossible?

June 19th:

This is our one full day, yes, our one full day in Bergen which is really kind of a sweet area, at least this Old City part of it.  We planned on taking the funicular up to Mt. Floyen, which we did and that was very nice;  a  beautiful panoramic view of Bergen.  Then when we got back down to the city I had wanted to go see the Hanseatic Merchant League Museum, which looks like it will be awesome when it opens after renovations.  

Tomorrow should be very entertaining; there is no possible way this can work but here's what we're attempting to do.  At 6:00 in the morning, we have to be up and be down to the lobby with our suitcases to give to somebody whom we don't know who is going to take our suitcases to some place in Oslo so that we don't have to carry him all day long.  Then we go to breakfast and then we have to be at the train station for an 8:14 train to Voss, where we have to catch a bus to Gundvagen, where we get on a ferry to cruise one of the top fjords in Norway.  After the cruise, we have to find seats on the Flam railway, which is supposed to be the steepest and most beautiful in Europe.  The train stops in Myrdal, where we have a two-hour wait for a train that takes us the rest of the way to Oslo (five hours).  Then we get off the train and hustle and we go try to find the office where our bags were delivered, and with luck they are there.  Then we have to haul them to our hotel, a few blocks away, and then collapse.  That's what's going to happen tomorrow, nah, probably not; that's what we would like to happen tomorrow; that's what the whole plan is.  We only need to skip one of these beats and everything falls apart 😋
